Treatment & Maintenance
Thai Solution Massage can be approached in two stages, depending on how your body feels and what you would like to achieve.
1. Treatment Phase
The Treatment Phase focuses on areas of built-up tension, stiffness, discomfort or restricted movement that may have developed over time.
During this stage, sessions are personalised according to your body and how it responds. Some people may notice improvement quite quickly, while long-standing or recurring tension may benefit from a period of more regular care.
Feeling better after one or two sessions does not always mean that all underlying tension has fully settled. The aim is to give the body time to gradually become more comfortable, balanced and easier to move.
The frequency of sessions is always adapted to the individual rather than following a fixed programme.
2. Maintenance Phase
Once your body feels more comfortable and the improvements are becoming more stable, you can move into the Maintenance Phase.
Maintenance sessions are designed to help support the progress you have made, keep the body moving comfortably and reduce the likelihood of tension gradually building up again.
Many clients choose ongoing maintenance sessions approximately every 2–4 weeks to help maintain their progress and support longer-lasting results. The ideal frequency depends on individual needs, lifestyle, work, exercise, stress levels, convenience and personal preference.
Maintenance is not about treating a problem every time. It is about giving your body regular care before tension has the chance to become strongly established again.
Treatment Phase → Improve and stabilise
Maintenance Phase → Maintain progress and support ongoing wellbeing
