My Journey
The Heart Behind Rinyapat Thai Massage

A Personal Experience That Changed My Path
My journey into Thai Solution Massage began in 2024 with my own experience of arms numbness. I was searching for someone who could help me when I met Master Suthep Mevattana, founder and owner of THAIBOOST Academy in the Netherlands.
He introduced me to a self-massage technique and guided me through how to use it. To my surprise, the numbness I had been experiencing disappeared after trying the technique just once.
That personal experience opened my mind to a different approach to Thai massage and inspired me to learn more.
A Genuine Desire to Help Others
While working as a massage therapist, I often met clients experiencing physical discomfort, persistent tension and difficulties with movement.
I genuinely wanted to help them, but there were times when I felt that my knowledge and skills were not enough to provide the level of care I hoped to offer.
I wanted to understand the body more deeply, rather than simply follow familiar massage techniques.
What truly strengthened my belief in this approach was witnessing Master Suthep use his knowledge and experience to help people experiencing physical difficulties.
I saw him care for students, their family members and others who came to him for help. Witnessing their improvements first-hand left a lasting impression on me.
These experiences inspired me to study Thai Solution Massage, also known as Nuad Benja Phakhi (4 Systems +1), a specialised approach to Thai massage that considers the relationships between muscles, tendons and fascia, the nervous system, and joints and skeletal structures, together with mindfulness and compassion.
Why I Continue to Attend Training Camps with my Master

My training did not end when I completed my initial studies.
I continue to attend training camps with Master Suthep at THAIBOOST Academy in the Netherlands because I want to develop the depth of understanding, precision and practical skills needed to apply his teachings as effectively as possible.
I have seen what an experienced practitioner can achieve, and that continues to motivate me to learn, practise and improve.
For me, becoming a better therapist is not about collecting qualifications. It is about gaining the knowledge, experience and confidence to provide safe, thoughtful and personalised care to every client.
My Professional Qualifications
I am a VTCT Level 3 qualified Thai massage therapist, a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and fully insured.
Alongside my UK qualification, I have undertaken advanced training in Thai Solution Massage (Nuad Benja Phakhi) under Master Suthep Mevattana at THAIBOOST Academy in the Netherlands.
I believe professional qualifications, continuous learning and genuine compassion are all essential to providing responsible, personalised care.
Every Press Comes from the Heart
I may not be a person of many words, but I put my heart into every press.
Every session is guided by mindfulness, compassion and genuine attention to the person in front of me.
I approach each client with the same care, respect and sincerity that I would offer myself or someone in my own family.
My greatest motivation has always been a genuine desire to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies and support their wellbeing.
For me, Thai Solution Massage is more than a profession. It is part of who I am — a lifelong commitment to learning, improving and caring for others with all my heart.
With care,
