Before and During Your Session
1. Should I choose a 60, 90 or 120-minute session?
60 Minutes — Focus Session | £80
Focused care for selected areas of tension or stiffness. This is suitable when time is limited or when you would like attention given to key areas. Every session is personalised, but please note that this is not a complete whole-body treatment.
90 Minutes — Signature Session | £115
The recommended and most popular choice. This session offers a whole-body approach, with enough time to discuss and assess what your body may need before treatment begins.
120 Minutes — Premium Session | £150
Suitable when several areas require attention or when you would prefer more detailed, unhurried whole-body care, with a personalised care plan.
If you are still unsure, please message Rinyapat for guidance before booking.
2. What happens at my first appointment?
Before the treatment begins, Rinyapat will talk with you about any tension or discomfort you are experiencing, your lifestyle and what you would like from the session. You will be asked to share relevant health information and provide your consent before treatment.
Rinyapat will then personalise the session for you and check your comfort and preferred pressure throughout the massage.
3. What should I wear?
Please wear clean, comfortable and flexible clothing, such as a T-shirt with joggers or leggings. Avoid jeans, belts, large jewellery and tight clothing that may restrict movement.
If needed, suitable clothing is available for you to change into at the studio.
4. How should I prepare for my appointment?
Choose a light meal and avoid a large meal or alcohol before your massage. Drink water as normal and allow enough travel time to arrive punctually.
New clients should arrive 15 minutes before the appointment to complete the consultation form and have a short discussion before the session begins.
5. Do I need to disclose health conditions or pregnancy?
Yes. Please tell Rinyapat before your appointment if you are pregnant, have a health condition or injury, have recently had surgery, are receiving medical care or have experienced any change in your health. This information helps determine whether the treatment should be adapted, postponed or avoided.
If you have new, severe or undiagnosed symptoms, please consult an appropriate doctor or healthcare professional before booking. Massage is not a substitute for medical care.
