1. Appointment and Arrival

Services at Rinyapat Thai  Massage are available by appointment only via our real-time online booking system. Last-minute bookings (up to 30 minutes before the start time) are welcomed based on availability, as listed online.

A valid credit card is required to confirm an appointment. The payment card will not be charged, unless the client incurs a delayed cancellation, reschedule, or no-show fee. We ask that new clients arrive at our studio at least 15 minutes before their appointment for and for regular clients to arrive at our studio at least 5 minutes before their appointment ensure the session starts on time. The building details and access code will be provided in the confirmation email.

 

​As we cannot answer our phone when working with a client, a phone booking is not preferred, but may be an option for last-minute appointments.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment time.  Cancellation or rescheduling within the 6 hour window will, at our discretion, incur a 50% charge based on the booked session pricing. We understand that unanticipated events happen and ask that clients contact us if they cannot keep the appointment.

 

Short notice changes are challenging for a small owner/operator business like ours, we appreciate your understanding.

3. Late Arrival & No Show

If late arrival appears likely, we ask that the client inform us via email, call, or text. Late arrivals can result in a shortened session to avoid delay for any subsequent clients. Request to extend a late start session may be accommodated at our discretion, is not guaranteed, and may result in add-on pricing. No full or partial refunds will be available for late arrivals.

No-show clients will be charged for the full amount of the booked session.

4. Payment of Services

Full payment or a valid voucher is due at the conclusion of each appointment. Gratuity, though not required, is appreciated and gratefully accepted. We accept Cash, Venmo, or a valid Credit Card.

5. Scope of Practice

I'm a professional massage therapist certified by VTCT Thai Massage (UK) and Nuad Benja phakhi Massage certified by Thaiboost Academy NL. The massage services may provide benefits for certain conditions, which may include, but are not limited to, reduction of stress-related symptoms, relief of muscular tension, relaxation, and improvement in general well-being. However, results are not guaranteed. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide treatment for any specific medical conditions, nor are our services intended to be an alternative treatment for any such conditions.

6. Medical Conditions & Side Effects

Clients are responsible for informing us of any known medical conditions, allergies (particularly to oils, lotions, or ointments), injuries, treatments, or any health concerns before the start of the massage session. We do not offer prenatal massage, as such, our services are inadvisable for clients who are pregnant (up to 16 weeks) or believe they might be pregnant, or those with a heart condition.

Receiving massage therapy may involve some side effects, which may include muscle soreness, localized skin discomfort, bruising, inflammation, changes in blood pressure, light-headedness, and increased awareness of pain areas, among other temporary effects.

Clients may not participate in massage with contagious skin conditions, active illnesses, or are of unsuitable hygiene. We reserve the right to decline service to any clients for whom we deem massage to be unsuitable or contraindicated.

7. Minors, Children, and Guests

Our studio is designed to welcome one client at a time. No waiting area is available for family members and/or friends of the client. we apologise for the inconvenience. We may perform massage for minors ages 16 and up only with signed consent from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to ask for proof of legal identification to verify age.

8. Hygiene

We request that clients maintain good personal hygiene to support a safe and healthy environment for all parties. We reserve the right to decline service to any clients whose hygiene we deem to be unsuitable for a massage session.

9. Client Comfort and Professional Boundaries

The client is responsible for informing the massage therapist of their questions and preferences, including pressure, temperature, or any discomfort during the session. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer limited space for clients to temporarily store their personal belongings during the session. Please note that  we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Participation in massage therapy is voluntary and the client may choose to end the session at any time, however, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the session.

Any interaction or discussion that is deemed inappropriate or sexual is never tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full cost of the session and may be barred from future bookings.

10. Privacy & Informed Consent

Rinyapat Thai Massage is committed to the privacy of all its clients. All personal information provided or collected are confidential and will not be released without the client’s expressed consent or as required by law.

By booking an appointment with us and/or participating in our services, the client agrees to abide by our studio policy, as outlined above, and hereby voluntarily enters into and accepts the terms of our waiver and release of liability.
