Please read this policy before booking. By confirming an appointment, you agree to these terms. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. Professional Massage Only
 

Rinyapat Thai Massage provides professional treatments for comfort, relaxation and wellbeing. Sexual services are never offered.

Inappropriate requests, comments or behaviour will result in the appointment being refused or ended immediately. The full session fee may remain payable, and future bookings may be refused.

2. Booking, Arrival and Payment
 

The studio operates by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted.
 

Please book online or contact JuJu by WhatsApp if you need assistance. As JuJu works independently, she may be unable to answer calls during treatments.
 

Please arrive approximately five minutes before your appointment. The studio welcomes one client at a time, so please do not arrive significantly early.
 

Where required, card details may be securely held by the payment provider to confirm your booking. Full payment is due after treatment unless prepaid or covered by a valid voucher. We accept cash and bank transfer.
 

3. Cancellations, Late Arrival and No-Shows
 

• At least 24 hours’ notice: no charge.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 50% of the session price.

• Within six hours or non-attendance: up to the full session price.
   

Please contact JuJu as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending. Charges may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
 

Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment, while the original session price remains payable. If we cancel your appointment, you will be offered another time or a refund of any payment made.

4. Qualifications and Scope of Practice
 

Rinyapat is a VTCT Level 3 qualified Thai Massage Therapist, an FHT member and fully insured. She also continues advanced Thai Solution Massage training with THAIBOOST Academy in the Netherlands.
 

Massage may support muscular comfort, relaxation, movement and general wellbeing. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Massage does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Health and Treatment Suitability
 

Please provide accurate information about medical conditions, medication, allergies, injuries, surgery and ongoing treatment.

Prenatal massage is not offered. Please do not book if you are pregnant or believe you may be pregnant.
 

Do not attend if you have a fever, contagious illness or contagious skin condition. JuJu may adjust, postpone or decline treatment, or request medical approval, when necessary for your safety.
 

Temporary tenderness, tiredness or light-headedness may occur after deep massage. Seek medical advice for severe, unusual or persistent symptoms.
 

6. Clients Under 18, Guests and Hygiene
 

Clients aged 16 or 17 are accepted only by prior arrangement and with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

There is no general waiting area. Please do not bring children, friends or family members unless an accompanying support person has been agreed in advance.
 

Please arrive clean and wear clean, comfortable clothing. Treatment may be postponed or declined if a hygiene, skin or health concern could affect safety or comfort.
 

7. Comfort, Consent and Professional Boundaries
 

Please tell JuJu  about your preferred pressure, temperature or any discomfort. Techniques can be adjusted or stopped at any time.

Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent or end the treatment at any time. Payment may still be due for the time reserved, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
 

Professional boundaries must always be respected. Sexual or inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment ending immediately.

 

8. Privacy and Agreement
 

Personal and health information is handled confidentially and in accordance with our separate Privacy Notice and UK data-protection law.

Before treatment, you will be asked to provide relevant health information and give informed consent. By booking and attending, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to this Studio Policy.
 

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
